By accessing, playing on, or making a purchase from Newwind, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

  • Newwind is a community-run Minecraft server and associated services.
  • All gameplay items, ranks, and perks are obtainable through normal gameplay; purchases are optional.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 13 years or older to use Newwind, or have parental supervision.
  • You must be 18 years or older, or have parental permission, to make purchases.
  • By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All purchases are for digital content.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted only at Newwind's discretion, except where required by law.
  • Attempting a fraudulent or abusive chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent ban.
  • Legitimate payment issues should be raised with Newwind support, before contacting a payment provider.

4. Virtual Items & Changes

  • Purchased items, ranks, or perks do not grant ownership and have no real-world value.
  • We may modify, rebalance, or remove virtual items or perks at any time for gameplay, technical, or operational reasons.
  • Changes do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

5. Bans & Access

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Newwind services for rule violations or harmful behavior.
  • If your account is banned or suspended, you may lose access to purchased items.
  • Bans do not automatically entitle users to refunds.

6. Liability

  • Newwind services are provided "as is" and "as available."
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newwind is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of virtual items or access.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify Newwind and its administrators against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
