The majority of the newwind items have been rebalanced to make them more pvp viable.

The overall durability of non-mending armour has been increased.

The durability of ultra-durable gold tools has also been greatly increased.

Individual Item Rebalances:

Aliphona - Spawns three shooters instead of one. The shooters aim in the same direction as the player.

Atterax - Slowness 2 is inflicted instead of 1.

Auspice - Less range (16 blocks) and a shorter invulnerability period for the protector. Binds, such as insipid, now affect both the protector and the attacked player.

Braxlion - Instead of having strength, it curses the opponent.

Brimstone Cutlass - Has a 1.5 damage increment instead of 1, only hit/arrow damage can break its combo.

Bulwark - Now works in offhand.

Celerior - 1 heart was removed from its health pool.

Cupids Arch - Made the pulling effect a lot stronger and arrows now inflict slowness.

Cupids Scythe - Increased attack speed.

Daphnis Left Hand - A cooldown is applied for daphnis after riptiding or using void sabre.

Descitus - Added a 3 second cooldown to descitus everywhere.

Easter Chest - 20% more health pool.

Easter helm  - 20% more health pool.

Easter rod - Added unbreaking 2.

Eternal Wreath - A snowball shoot sound has been added. The snowballs cause a 5-second freeze and binding effect.

Fae - Made to work in offhand.

Festive Pj's - 30% more health pool.

Fluffy moccasins - 30% more health pool.

Fragarach - Removed old kill system, now when you kill someone, you get 25 seconds of strength 3.

Hare brain - Increased the healing range by 100% (The bunny's AI can be silly at times).

Heclaire - Increased damage when hitting walls by +33%.

Infernos - Made to work in off-hand.

Jubiliation - Doubled the life-stealing amount to 0.4 hearts and added cake particles on hit.

Lantura - Doubled its bind time.

Lovers Blade - Reduced its range to 48 blocks instead of 96, reduced health gain by 0.25 hearts.

Pyrosis - Increased health pool by 1 heart.

Scrowl - Reduced health gain by 0.25 hearts.

Snowman Spellbook - Doubled the cooldown, reduced the number of snowmen to 3, and increased individual snowman damage.

Snowy Boots - Gives resistance 2 instead of resistance 1, but -4 hearts instead of +1 heart.

Snowy Chest - Added immunity to weapon effects.

Snowy Legs - 20% more health pool.

Spitter - Places an X shape of 5 cobwebs instead of 1, added cooldown.

Spooky Boots - Allows you to walk through cobwebs by breaking nearby ones.

Sterling Mask - You can now right click someone to give them 20 xp from the sterling mask.

Stygian - Added swift sneak 2.

Sub-zero - Increased the duration of freezing effect.

Summer Chest - 50% more health pool.

Summer Leggings - Can now heal fast from fire and lava block damage.

Summer Spade - Buffed durability by a lot.

Thanksgiving Chest - Added strength 2.

The Cane - Now steals a full bar of hunger instead of half.

Tsarloch - Gives regeneration 2 instead of 1 but for a shorter duration of time.

Uvix - 20% more health pool.

Valentine Chest - Added strength 2.

Valentine Wings - Godlike regen.

Veruxity - Damage reduced slightly.

Voidsteel Chestplate - Spawns 2 endermen instead of 1. The endermen also inflict more damage.

Vulcan - Increased durability, added effect when dealing more damage.

Witches Rod - Added chance to hook multiple potions at once. Also has a tiny chance of hooking an adventurer's god repair potion.
